Fees:

1. Real estate agency:
   • For vendors: 3 % of the selling-price (+25 % VAT), but min. 60 000 Ft (+25 % VAT)
   • For customers (buyers):
     • free demonstration of real estates (after signing a declaration)
     • property searching - pricing according to common agreement
2. Real estate appraisal
   • Official appraisal:
     • Minimum price: 16 000 Ft (+25 % VAT) – property under 8 000 000 Ft
     • 0,2 % (+25 % VAT) of the value of the real estate till 30 000 000 Ft
     • 0,5 % (+25 % VAT) of the value of the real estate above 30 000 000 Ft
